LMF II Infantry Knife

knife is awesome very sturdy. The sheath is excellent the leg straps are nice. everyone should have one.

I have watched many comparisons to other survival/tactical knives on line. The one thing they do not mention is this knife (imo) is a crossover providing the best of all worlds. It's multi purpose gives it the edge you need in any situation, urban, wilderness and tactical survival. The woods where I live are 50 feet out the front door and would attack the bear after my dog with it. I was trained militarily in survival technics and equipment and have used and abused this gerber lmfII, also easy to modify with fire starter, Para cord etc. You'll regret not buying one if your a survivalist/camping/prepper/outdoor type man or woman. I would only recommend this knife for the experienced user, to much for a beginner. Stay free Over

I think you should have lest 3 types of knife "folding- fighting- Survival.. this is my top pick for Survival!!! for folding I say a Zero tolerance... for fighting a K-BAR. I believe in you get what you pay for!!!

This knife is bad a*s. I have had this knife for about a year now and it is still razor sharp. This knife will last you forever. I love this knife and I use it a lot. If you what a knife that will do the job this is the knife.

This knife is a bad son of a b****, though not much of a chopper it will cut 2 inch tree limbs without to much trouble, doesn't come razor sharp out of the box, but using the sharpener built into the sheath get's a nearly razor edge. the sheath has a lot of features, it comes with two straps allowing you to attach it to your thigh, and of course the sharpener. also if you like you can remove the actual sheath from the belt/leg attachments. the steel is 420HC Stainless and it keeps a good edge. it's made to cut the skin of a fuselage, or break the Plexiglas of a helicopter/plane. it's been field tested with the troops. at this price i recommend you buy from budk, this knife usually runs 100-140 dollars, good job budk.
